Community Tamalada Sat. December 10, 2022 | Read Aloud begins at 10am and Tamalada is from 11am - 1pm

Families with children can attend a Read-Aloud at the Adams Library of the beloved Christmas book written by Gary Soto. Afterwards, join us at a Community Tamalada and learn to make Mexican tamales and champurrado. Fee covers a copy of the book and food ingredients: $10 | Register below.
Huichol Beadmaking Workshop Sat. November 19, 2022 | 10am-12pm

Leslie Ponce-Díaz will teach you about the beading traditions and techniques of the Huichol Tribe of México. Participants can choose their own bead colors. Limited to 10 participants. Fee covers your supplies: $10.

Traditional Peruvian Retablos Sat. December 17, 2022 | 10am-12pm

This workshop will be taught by Zuly Jimenez. Participants will learn the history of these traditional Retablos and will make a small refrigerator magnet. Limited to 10 participants. Fee covers your supplies: $15 | Register below.
Latin Drumming Classes January 2023 | Please register in advance

Our drumming and percussion circle this year is only for intermediate and advanced drummers and will be led by Master Drummer, Jesús Andujar. Bring your own drum or instrument if you have one; we can provide drums if you don't have one. Maximum 8 participants. Pay $30 for the first three sessions, and afterwards, you pay $10 per class. | Register here ➤
