We are pleased to introduce you to RILA's 1st Teatro Artists Collective
The Teatro Artists Collective is a two-year fellowship supporting four bilingual Latinx theater artists—two who have performed on a main stage and two who are still growing their theater practice. Together, they will mentor each other, collaborate, and expand their knowledge about theater as a whole while strengthening the Latinx theater community. Who knows, they may even create new works that will be added to our list of future plays for Teatro en El Verano.
As the first program of its kind for Latinx actors and led by RILA, this inaugural cohort will set the stage for future generations. The four fellows will have the first opportunity to perform on RILA’s Teatro en El Verano and will be expected to commit fully to the collective for two years.
